How to create a database backup?

Backups are created automatically every two days. If you need to use a backup please contact us.

You can also create your own backup manually by following these steps:

    • log in to your PhpMyAdmin, to do so please follow the instructions here.
    • select the database (1) from the list on the left side. Click on the "Export" button (2) and then click on the "Go" button (3).
